About
I like making complex enterprise workflows feel simple. That usually starts with customer interviews and workshops with PM and engineering, and ends with a system that works for both the people using it and the business paying for it.
Before Loopio I was at Contlo, on the 0 to 1 phase of an AI hiring platform, and at Xoxoday for three years, where a full UI redesign lifted user satisfaction by 18%.
In 2024 I took six months off. Touched grass, drank more water, slept like it was my full-time job, and came back with better energy and clearer thoughts.
